Social Media Terms of Use
The City of Pelham's social media platforms serve as limited public forums designed to foster communication and engagement with our community. We encourage civil conversations across all our platforms, but inappropriate comments will be removed without warning by the administrators of these accounts.
By posting on an official City of Pelham social media account, you acknowledge that your comments are publicly visible and may be subject to copying, distribution, or display by others. The City of Pelham does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content posted on its platforms.

A comment will not be edited or modified to remove unacceptable content; instead, the entire comment will be deleted. Users who violate this policy may be temporarily or permanently banned from the City of Pelham's social media platforms without prior warning.
We recognize that social media operates 24/7; however, moderation and responses should generally be expected during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays). For official requests, concerns, or service inquiries, we encourage residents to contact the appropriate City department directly or use the Pelham 311 app rather than posting them in the comments.
