UPDATED LOBBY HOURS
Beginning Monday, April 6, 2020, Pelham Municipal Court will have limited lobby hours. The Municipal Court lobby will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and again from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The Municipal Court lobby will be closed to the public on Fridays. Court personnel will continue to be available by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please contact the court office at (205) 620-6407 for any questions or concerns regarding your case.
*Effective October 1, 2019, Court will begin at 3:00 pm.
Location & Parking
The Pelham Police and Court Building is located at 32 Philip Davis Street. The court office is directly behind Pelham City Hall. Pelham Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking for Municipal Court is located on the corner of Highway 52 West (CO Road 52 West) and Philip Davis Street.
Limited Telephone Hours
On court days, beginning at 2:30 p.m., court personnel will not be available by telephone. However, the magistrate's window will remain open during court proceedings for payment transactions.
You must appear in court on your court date at 3:00 p.m.
